Delete your data

You can permanently delete your Savant account and all data associated with it at any time. This includes:
- Your account, profile, and login credentials
- All connected Instagram and TikTok accounts (we revoke our access immediately)
- All posts, comments, messages, and metrics we have stored on your behalf
- All AI-generated content, hooks, and playbooks
- All chat history with the Savant agent
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Your data is purged from our primary database within seconds and from encrypted backups within 30 days.
Option 1 — In-app (recommended)
You need to be signed in to delete your account.
Sign in →Option 2 — From Instagram
Go to Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites and remove Savant. Meta will notify us via webhook and we will purge all data associated with your Instagram account within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation code you can use to track the request.
Option 3 — By email
Write to privacy@svnt.so from the email address on your Savant account. We process all requests within 30 days and reply with confirmation.
What we keep
After deletion, we may retain:
- Anonymous aggregate statistics (e.g. "median engagement rate across all users") that cannot be linked back to you
- Billing records required by tax law (typically 7 years), with your name and amount paid but no other personal data
